j ai commence une seche cette semaine avec un coach , j'en chie grave ,
Voici le nouveau menu qu 'il ma composer , j aimerai avoir quelques avis , car 8 blancs d oeuf a 10.30 pm j ai du mal!!!
j ai 3 jours de cardio d'environs 1hr + 3 jours de muscu avec le coach toatl 1 hr + 15 mins warm up avant et 12 mins cardio fractionner apres .
